I love kayaking, snowshoeing, hiking, and tinkering in my man cave.

10 year old cheddar, apple crisp. Mmm – apples and cheese.
As the senior citizen I am inspired by the energy and great ideas of my youthful coworkers.

One Tree Hill, could watch that show over and over again. Also Suits & Stranger Things.
I like staying active by occasionally hiking/running and playing soccer. I also enjoy playing board games and reading.
Hard to choose, but probably Sao Miguel island in the Azores, Portugal. Such a beautiful place and so easy to see the whole island in 5 days to a week. Would definitely recommend travelling there.
Blind Pilot. I started listening to them because of One Tree Hill, and fell even more in love with them when I saw them in concert. Very chill music, that I’m almost always in the mood to listen to.
Definitely summer, because there’s always friends and family visiting at my house. And because it’s warm and we get to go boating & swimming & eat ice cream.
Skydiving, riding in a hot air balloon, and scuba diving. There’s several others but those are the big ones.

When the weather is warm you can most often find me hiking in the woods, paddling the river in the canoe, or camping with my dog and fiancé! When the weather is cool I’ll most likely be bundled up listening to podcasts, crocheting, or reading a good book.
I have a bull terrier named Ruby and a cat named Bowie!
Heavy into sweets with a side-love of anything potato related. Always willing to eat anything McDonalds, too!
Spring has always been a favorite of mine… there is nothing better than seeing those first blooms and patches of green grass after a long, cold winter! Spring flowers, birds chirping, jackets shedding, days getting longer… couldn’t be better!
“With freedom, books, flowers, and the moon, who could not be happy?”

I really love watching documentaries about ship wrecks… anything in the deep ocean, really. As a child I was afraid of what lurks in the water – perhaps the fear turned into intrigue as an adult!
I dream about this often… if I ever won the lottery I would buy a beautiful chunk of land located on a lake and open up a dog sanctuary. I’d take in any and all dogs that needed some serious TLC.

Big Magic – Elizabeth Gilbert
The Bell Jar – Sylvia Plath

My husband and I have three cats; Loki, Penny and Simon. They add a lot of love and delight to our lives!
My father frequently read to my brother and me when we were kids. The Lord of the Rings, Alice and Wonderland; he was really great at it, did voices for the different characters and everything.
Lazy coffee with my husband and our cats. After that, the freedom to make our day up as we go is a refreshing change from the routine of the week.
Autumn! I love the smell in the air, the angle of the sun, the beautiful colours and the fresh-start feeling it gives me after the busy-ness of summer is over.
